Aruba

Our company Christmas trip this year was to Aruba and in September. Because of all the travel we've been doing this year, that was the only time everyone in the company was available.

The resort was across a road from the ocean. It wasn't on a beach so they had their own private island with a boat that drove into the resort lobby and would pick you and take you to the island. This is just as we're going through the tunnel under the road into the lobby.

The resort was full iguanas tame enough to eat from your hand.

Although some were just as happy to eat using a fork.

Hocking Hills State Park

This past weekend was nice weather and I was in the mood for a road trip so we drove to this park about an hour south east of Columbus, Ohio and did some hiking.

The had some really interesting hiking paths, including tunnels cut right through the face of cliffs.

Vermont

We spent the weekend in Vermont for a wedding reception and I had a couple of hours to take the drive through Stowe and up over Smuggler's Notch.

It was overcast and rainy. Everytime we put the top down on the car it started to rain, everytime we put the top back up, it stopped raining.
