Rocky Mountaineer - coming into Moab

Passing the Colorado/Utah border, you only know from the graffiti on the canyon wall.

Steps that ancient native american's carved into the canyon wall so they could climb to where they stored their grain (according to our tour guides).
Just before we stop in Moab.

After we disembarked we took a few quick photos with our train crew.

We spent 2 days and 3 nights in Moab. On one of the days we took a Jeep Tour on Kane Springs road, at least it started out as a dirt road. At some point it turned into a dirt path on the side of cliffs called Chicken Corners Safari Route, at least that's what the map says.

Parts of it where almost a road winding through the canyons, other parts were just 2 tracks in the dirt. They said it's not considered scary or extreme because the ups and downs were not very steep but at times you looked out the window and straight down a cliff.
