just a little more Antelope then on to new stuff (I promise)

The area around this canyon is part of the Navajo Nation and they run all the tours and are awesome. Our guide knew every cool place to take photos.

It's a challenge to take selfies with a normal DSLR and no tripod, smart phones are better at some things.
This shows you just how deep the slot canyon is, what's amazing is how flat the bottom of the canyon is, very soft sand and perfectly flat.

Behind the scenes, the canyon is actually very busy, tour after tour so you have to be quick with all your photos and try to get them between groups to avoid people in every photo.

On 89A once you cross the Colorado River there is an area full of very odd and cool rocks.

Vermilion Cliffs National Monument. Very cool drive just north of the north rim of the Grand Canyon.
